Memories is a film about the feeling of nostalgia, the warm feeling you get as you peer through countless hours of old camcorder footage of older times. This is a feeling I wanted to explore as the psychology behind memory and nostalgia is something that deeply interests me, as it's something extremely personal yet we all experience this longing for the past in our own ways. It's something that connects us all, and I wanted to make a piece that both speaks to this universality while also providing me a space to mediate my own past memories.
