Manayaal talks about the women who belong to the majority of the community in India called “The Middle class”. I spoke with 3 different women from different age groups in this film and tried to showcase a glimpse of their life and dreams in this film. Manyaal refrain from asking questions about their husbands or kids and or even showing them on screen. These women are stuck in a monotonicity forever which reveals from a simple question we asked them at the beginning, “Do you ever cook for yourself?”
