This story depicts my grandfather who was the manager of the legendary Sylvester on the biggest show night ever. It shows an artist battling with their demons to perform. AS I have been a professional tour manager for over a decade I used this moment in history to reflect my passion of live music and artist management. I imagine what my grandfather did in that moment to create one of the best live albums in disco and LGBTQIA history.
