I wanted to tell this story in hopes of bringing black people together to work towards a common goal. As a young black man matriculating through Morehouse College (the Alma mater of Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.) I spent time observing the actions of my fellow brothers and professors and saw what brought us together and what divided us. This story is meant to create a space between young and old to beg the question of where are we going as a community.
