Logline: A pregnant Chinese American woman visits her Mother-In-Law for the first time during Thanksgiving with her white husband and children without realizing they live under the roof of a deranged “Karen”.
My current question is :
Should I add some paranormal elements (the Karen believes in some type of Christian related cult and imposes it on the protagonist and her children), or should I keep as it is, let the antagonist emotionally more and more insane and go violent physically in the end?
