About this submission

After waking up from a glorious, euphoric dream, Mada (they/them) is confronted by the messiness of their real life, cluttered drawers, and a disastrous wardrobe. While getting dressed, Mada becomes incredibly distressed by their options of clothing. Like their clothes: nothing matches. Growing increasingly frustrated and dysphoric, they eventually blow up. When suddenly, like an angel emerging, Mada’s dream self appears at their front door. They grab themself off the floor and hand them the clothes right off their back. As if back inside their own dream, they dance together, becoming joyful and euphoric.
