I don't have a dog

I wanted to explore the ideas of coping mechanisms and loneliness in a social media-dominated world. This drew from my own habit of indulging in cute pet videos, and this was all exacerbated by being quarantined throughout 2020. Like the main character, I desperately wanted my own canine companion or any real human interactions. This film is an expression of my discontent and yearning, but it also served as a way to challenge myself as a filmmaker stuck at home.
