In a dark void, a person revisits an old flame. For this short film, my co-director Anthony and I wanted to translate written poetry to images using Ocean Vuong's poem "Homewrecker." We chose to bring this poem to film because we felt it captures the yearning and pain inextricably linked to exploring one's queerness through such haunting yet beautiful imagery.
