“Forever” is a work of fiction, but it is rooted in a personal situation. It is a story about love between siblings, and survivor's guilt after suicide – what life is like for those left behind. It takes place over the course of a single conversation, and at its core, it explores two people working through how much they need each other, even after one is gone.
