This documentary looks at the indigenous fishing community of Kolis residing in the city of Mumbai. For quite some time now, the indigenous communities across the nation have been facing the affects of what most people call development. But for these communities, it means losing their homes.

I have tried to explore how the sense of a community makes a home and in turn the home (village) reflects on the culture and traditions of the community.

It's a look at an overlooked community and in my own way, it's an ode to the city of Mumbai.
