The creation of this film was an intentional act of retuning to my inner child. I wrote a poem, for the first time in years, about my experience searching for magical creatures when I was young. I wanted to highlight the child-like wonder that still exists in me today, and at the same time honor the younger version of myself who so deeply believed in the existence of fairies, unicorns and mermaids.
