About this Video
The duality of dissatisfaction vs. coming to terms with what live gives you is a concept that I struggle with and have wanted to explore as a filmmaker/choreographer. When I heard "Disfrutalo..." (Enjoy it while you can), I resonated with the feeling of pretending to have a good time and couldn't think of a better way to visualize it with dance, expressing this uncomfortable feeling being raised by the stakes of getting trapped in a car in a ride to nowhere. With "Sencillez" (Simplicity), it's the opposite: Stillness; truly enjoying the ride; peace that I'm striving to achieve.
