About this Video
In learning to forgive my parents for their mistakes, I crossed a hurdle of maturation and inner peace. This film exists as an exploration of what it means to open our hearts to love, not for the ego of those forgiven but for ourselves. To rid ourselves of anger and resentment is the kindest gift we can give to our own future, for generational trauma and the pain of the past can only exist until we actively decide to take strides to begin anew.
