College is a pivotal time in anyone's life and everyone is susceptible to being overwhelmed. I am constantly overwhelmed by the world and I am constantly trying to not to lose confidence in myself, although this is a battle I often end up losing. In "Carry Me For The Long Haul," Miranda juggles her hectic life as a college student, girlfriend, and future microbiologist. However, life's hurdles at this period in her life seem insurmountable and her future seems uncertain. That is how I feel about life most of the time, and I feel lots of people endure these struggles.
