« Call of the Void » is a short film about the phenomena by the same name. We follow a young girl experiencing intrusive thoughts such as « what if I jump from a cliff » or « what if I walk in front of traffic ?».
I’ve been thinking a lot about this phenomena and what I found especially fascinating about it is how it can feel so intense for only a second, like the devil whispering in your ear, everything else shuts down, and boom, you snap back to a boring or normal reality, just like that.
