I made "Alyssa" to make sense out of and find some catharsis in my experience living at home after graduating college in the pandemic. I was struggling with depression and felt little hope for my future, as did many of my peers, and coming together to make this web series was a massively meaningful experience for us to lighten our pain and refine our narratives through a shared creative pursuit.
