Carlos S. Saviñon is a filmmaker based in Brooklyn, New York. For the past 13 years, Carlos has been working on civic engagement campaigns across the U.S. with the aim of increasing the participation of underrepresented communities in the electoral process. Carlos is particularly interested in telling stories that demonstrate the complexity of human emotions and how fears, desires, and lived experiences can liberate and confine us.
