Noam Argov

Noam Argov is a San Francisco-based National Geographic Explorer and independent filmmaker. Between hanging off of rock faces and shooting in deep mud, Noam runs her own production company. Her academic background in international development and conflict tends to find a way into her work, and many of her projects take a human and cultural lens to storytelling. Some media outlets and brands Noam has worked with include National Geographic, Smithsonian Channel (CBS & Showtime), The North Face, Adidas/Terrex, and Rock & Ice Magazine. Noam’s first short documentary "Running Across California" recently premiered with Outside Online and Maine Outdoor Film Festival, and was featured on National Geographic video. Her latest doc short "My Dear Kyrgyzstan" just wrapped post and is being submitted to festivals.
