Morning M. Wu - Sundance Collab

Morning M. Wu spent her childhood in a Chinese island, her adolescent in Pennsylvania and New York, and her years after in California, where she earned her B.F.A in Animation from California College of the Arts. Now she focuses on visual storytelling. She works with themes of interpersonal connection, inner conflicts and universal struggles.

A journey on the never-ending search of belongingness, pieced together by artworks made from 2010 to 2020: 800+ drawings, 300 photos taken from California, Paris, China, and from the flights in between, as well as collage paintings, computer animations, videos, a lyric poem and song.
