Michael Castelaz

Michael Castelaz holds an MFA in screenwriting and directing from Columbia University. As an educator he has worked with Northwestern University’s High School Institute program, Columbia, and Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design. He has served as a story and script consultant for independent filmmakers and production companies. His work has screened at the Montclair Film Festival, Rhode Island International Film Festival, New Filmmakers NY Film Festival, among others. He lives in New York City and writes optimistic stories for cynical times.
