Julianna Yonis is a Los Angeles-based screenwriter currently writing on a David E. Kelley crime series for Netflix. Previously, Julianna worked on Color Force & Ryan Murphy’s LOVE STORY for FX and David E. Kelley & A24’s MARGO’S GOT MONEY TROUBLES for Apple. She was an Austin Film Festival finalist in two categories for her pilot UNDERBELLY, which also made The Red List and the top 12 of the WIF x The Black List Episodic Lab. She has been recognized as a Final Draft Big Break, ScreenCraft Screenwriting Fellowship, and Humanitas David and Lynn Angell Award semifinalist. Julianna studied algorithmic systems at Stanford University, before deciding she'd rather write about Silicon Valley than live there.
