David Ross

David Ross is the writer and director of the feature film The Babysitters starring Katherine Waterston, John Leguizamo, and Cynthia Nixon. The film premiered at the 2007 Toronto International Film Festival. He is also the writer of the supernatural thriller The Woods, directed by Lucky McKee, and The Haunting of the Mary Celeste, directed by Shana Betz. In between his own films, David has worked as a script doctor on numerous screenplays. He is currently preparing his second directorial effort. He has an MFA in screenwriting from the American Film Institute and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Detroit, Mercy, where he studied acting.
