The young director thrives to portray the raw yet picturesque cultural traditions and customs of the people of India, especially Gujarat. Chintan Dangar was born on November 11, 1997 in Dhoraji, India. His best-acclaimed work as a director and writer is his short film 'Bhavai,' which was made in 50 hours. Chintan desires to add a peculiar perspective to ordinary events occurring in our day-to-day lives. He inspires the people of the ordinary and creates a work of art with an expectational POV. His films are extreme close-up(s) to the undefined emotions of humans. He inspires the people of the ordinary, the common folk. "Observing their lives from a different angle" and creating a work of art full of ordinary subjects yet an expectational POV.

Bhavai

Creator: Chintan Dangar
Created within a short span of 50 hours, Bhavai revolves around the momentous events in the life of a veteran folk lore actor. While spending most of his life awaiting that big role, he has loses his youth, his beloved wife and the popularity of his art among people. But what stayed, was his passion for his art, for Bhavai. Finally, he gets a role that allows him to bring back the charm of Bhavai to the audience and breathe life into his art. But something unexpected happens backstage right before he is about to set foot on the stage.
