Mark is currently adapting The Ghost Behind the Wall by Melvin Burgess (Carnegie Medal & Guardian Children's Fiction Prize winner) into a feature for a UK producer. His obsession with film and TV previously led him to work with high-profile talent development programmes in the UK, and help scores of filmmakers boost their careers and projects; most recently as a development consultant to two filmmaking teams on Screen Yorkshire's FLEX 2. Mark is also working closely with a production company selected for Channel 4's Emerging Indie Fund (UK). He's now bringing his love of storytelling and genre to the fore as a screenwriter and story consultant. Mark also recently discovered he has ADHD, which goes some way to explain why he always needs to make just one more cup of coffee.
