Allison Avery Jordan has an undergraduate degree in journalism from the University of Texas and an MFA in creative producing from UCLA. Upon her graduation from UCLA in 2010, Allison joined Mockingbird Pictures, led by principals Julie Lynn and Bonnie Curtis, where she remained until 2019. Allison’s most recent producing credit is MARVELOUS AND THE BLACK HOLE, written and directed by Kate Tsang, which premiered at the 2021 Sundance Film Festival and was released April 2022 by Filmrise. Previous Sundance producing credits include Marti Noxon’s TO THE BONE (Sundance 2017), starring Lily Collins and Keanu Reeves; and Rodrigo Garcia’s LAST DAYS IN THE DESERT (Sundance 2015), starring Ewan McGregor. Her other producing credits include Robin Swicord’s WAKEFIELD, which stars Bryan Cranston and Jennifer Garner and premiered at the 2016 Telluride Film Festival; and Rob Spera’s THE SWEET LIFE, which stars Chris Messina and Abigail Spencer and premiered at the 2016 LA Film Festival.
