I wanted to tell a story about love, memory and the pain of loss. This film is dedicated to one of my close friends who recently lost both of her grandparents. They were both such wonderful people who had a deep, profound love for one another. I wrote this as a love letter hoping that in the after life they find a way to be together, however that might manifest itself. They spent their lives as devout Christians, and though my faith differs from theirs I hope their religious loyalty has lead them to peace in the afterlife.
