About this submission

Many times our insecurities come from our own upbringing. We turn into insecure adults because we don’t overcome the instability from our childhood. As a result, we depend on silencing our own voices, because speaking up can be too difficult, even to the ones that should be willing to always hear us, our family.
This is a story about liberation of emotions, setting free that wounded inner child and changing the cycle of conformity, the cycle of staying quiet. Pushing away the fear of judgment coming from yourself and others, to make room for speaking, crying, fighting, loving, and dancing.
