The film I made is based on a story a dear and close friend told me about him and his loved one. He told me how his friend was the only person who accepted him and didn't judge him until the very end. I personally related to his experience, having to hide parts of my life from my family, having lost friends who were in Brazil, and living far away, without being able to be close to them in their moments of need. I wanted to make something that honored this bittersweet feeling of grief and love.
