Reggie Butler

Reggie is the Founder and CEO of Performance Paradigm, an executive education, human capital consultancy. He works with many clients across industries (financial services, tech, non-profits, consumer products, and professional services). He also spends time at the intersection of racial justice, law enforcement, and NGOs. His experience runs through experiential learning, equity, inclusion, diversity, high performing teams, executive coaching, and leadership effectiveness. He facilitates experiences and dialogues focused on how we can be better humans and collectively improve the human condition starting with the people we are most proximate to everyday and the systems those humans create.
Prior to founding Performance Paradigm, Reggie was a Managing Director at PwC, working both internally and with clients in the creation of leadership capacity to build diverse teams, inclusive cultures, and equitable systems.
In addition to his client work, Reggie is a globally recognized keynote and conference speaker. He leverages his thirty years of experience to inspire and motivate individuals, teams, and businesses to navigate change and increase business performance through centering on human connection.
Reginald graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a double major in Theater and Music and holds a Masters in Educational Administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati.
