I wanted to express the loneliness of adulthood - amongst the pandemic and a seemingly spiralling into apocalyptic chaos - in a way that made sense to me: through bizarre, toy-like animation and loud, manic honest. About how you never appreciate the friends you really had until they're suddenly stripped away.
