Toño is a Mexican director, writer, and cinematographer passionate for cultural representation in Animation and Live-Action Film/TV. Currently finishing his B.A. in Film and Chinese Studies Candidacy at Middlebury College, he perceives his study of foreign language literature and cinema as a tool to help him learn about the untranslatable nuggets of universal humanity burrowed in authentic social connection in cultural stories.
