Talya Stern

Talya Stern is the Director of Development at Paper Plane Productions. As part of her role, she supports a robust slate of over 20 shows in various development stages, both in the US and internationally, where her international background (including four citizenships) comes in handy. Prior to Paper Plane, Talya worked at Haven Entertainment, a management and production company, where she supported writer and director clients, and was involved in production on films such as TOGETHER TOGETHER, directed by Nikole Beckwith, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2021.

Talya holds an MFA in Producing from the AFI Conservatory in Los Angeles. Prior to studying at AFI, she freelanced in production and has independently produced short-form content such as music videos, web series and short films.
