Sobha Limited built Sobha One World, a high-end residential township project, at Hoskuru, Hoskote, East Bangalore. The project covers more than 300 acres, with 48 acres in the first phase of Sobha One Residences. There are 18 beautiful skyscrapers in the huge project, and each one has 54 floors. It plans to build 5,400 high-end flats that follow Vaastu rules for city life. This big project has luxury apartments with one, two, three, or four bedrooms that range in size from 650 square feet to 2495 square feet. The starting pricing for this project is ₹12,000 per square foot. The pricing before the introduction is estimated to start at ₹80 lakh for a 1 BHK. The project is set to officially start in May 2026.
