This adaptation of Franz Kafka's "The Metamorphosis" follows Greg, an aspiring comedian struggling to care for his ailing mother, who's presented an opportunity to perform for an up-and-comer's showcase. This opportunity comes into question when the person taking care of his mother forces him to confront the troubled nature of his past and how he transformed into a insect-human hybrid.

After spending 2 years in a mental health facility, 22-year old Statistics major Yonnell discovers the ability to see his opponents moves before they occur. Yonnelll is an aspiring dancer, embarking on a journey of self-discovery as he navigates through college, tournaments, and the deadly grip of his tragic past. Within a crumbling city rampant with crime, an inspired DJ is desperate to save his community by initiating an outreach program that will preserve his legacy before his health takes him.The series will have a narrator (similar to Lemon Snicket) who is never seen until near the end of the series but we see other characters outside of the main story interact with him and learn more about the mystery behind him.
