I love telling stories about community and culture. this laundromat has been a safe space for so many people and is continuing to thrive as an underground venue for people that feel as if they don't fit in. As a filmmaker being able to engage with my community is incredibly important as is telling stories about real culture in the city of Columbus, Ohio, a place that is quickly becoming a victim of gentrification.

An absurdist comedy about the one man's search for Milk

I made this documentary to navigate my own emotions about how it felt to grow distant with one of my closest friends, and used filmmaking to gain their perspective and reconcile with them. I wanted to tell a story that felt universal, that anyone who misses an old friend could watch this and feel like the sadness they have isn't singular, while also encouraging people to reach back out, and show people that friendship really can be forever.
