The restaurant industry has one thing everyone in it can relate to, that their diet becomes horrible. From frozen microwaveable foods, to leftovers from your family eating out. The reasons for this always differ or combine. I wanted to follow my Sous chef to see what he eats in a day and why. The outcome became deeper than what I anticipated.
