Leah Bleich is an LA-based director, producer and writer. She recently completed her feature directorial debut, THE MOON AND BACK, which won awards at Academy Award-qualifying festivals before being acquired by Lionsgate. Leah was one of eleven directors selected for MTV Entertainment Studios' First Time Director's Initiative, writing and directing a national ad campaign for MTV & Comedy Central. She sold a scripted series to AudioUp Media, wrote a feature for MarVista Entertainment, directed a web-series with millions of views, and directed two docu-series for PBS and Roadtrip Nation. She began her career in the CAA mailroom and rose to Creative Executive at Solstice Studios, working on UNHINGED with Russell Crowe and HYPNOTIC with Ben Affleck. Most recently she was a Creative Executive in Comedy TV for Just For Laughs, producing projects with Marlon Wayans, Diplo, Pete Holmes, and Nikki Glaser. She is currently developing her second feature via a Jewish Writers Institute fellowship.
