I've always associated food with memories. If there's one food that represents my childhood, it'll be Red Braised Pork. This was a dish my mom made to me as a child and it always tasted so good. I would pick up cooking as a hobby and learn from my mother. However, I could never recreate any of her dishes. No matter what recipe, none could replicate hers. It wasn't until I realized that the recipe was love. This story is an appreciation to all the mothers out there and a film that represents my Chinese culture and traditions.
