Jason Marcus is a writer and comedian from Boston whose writing blends realistic characters with absurdist premises by exploring our uniquely human experiences in universally relatable ways.

Most recently, he wrote for the Hugo Awards as well as SPIRIT RANGERS on Netflix and was selected for the Native American Showrunner Program (sponsored by Bad Robot, Comcast NBCUniversal, and Walt Disney Television). Some previous accolades include the Austin Film Festival, the PAGE Awards, and the Fresh Voices Contest just to name a few.

Jason participated in the NBC Late Night Writers Workshop and is a Native American TV Writers Lab alum. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife, their twin toddlers, and a pug named Macho Man.
