JC Farris is a Chicago-based filmmaker. She has written, directed, and/or produced over 20 short films and produced the indie feature Ghostwriter. She has worked with many arts organizations and festivals, serves as an analyst for screenplay competitions, and screens for film festivals. Her interests lie in women-driven horror, sci-fi, and thriller genres.
