Arike who is the main character in the documentary narrated her story and that of his son Ajani. She was born in an environment where education less important to people around her, where women are thought to be housewives and men are thought to be fishermen. Just like every other child her mind was filled with curiosity and she intends to achieve more out of life but her environment gives her no option or exposure be who she wants to be, so she dropped out of school and undecidedly marry then give birth to her son Ajani.
