I'm Ethan Asher, a filmmaker with Sundance Collab, working at Birla Evara, a luxury apartment project by Birla Estates in Kodathi, off Sarjapur Road, East Bangalore. Spread over 25 acres, it has 13 towers and 1,594 homes in 1, 2, 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK, from 449 to 1,630 sq. ft., starting at ₹77 Lakhs. I create videos that tell the story of Birla Evara. Using skills I gained from Sundance Collab—like editing, storytelling, and filming—I make walkthroughs and promos that show the style and comfort of our homes. My work helps buyers see the true feel of the project and supports the company’s growth.
