LOVE IN BROOKLYN is about a painful kind of love: unrequited. This is a story about two broken human beings whose actions might be questionable but that doesn't make them any less human. Sometimes love, or what we believe is love, can blind us to the truth. I wanted to tell a story about the consequences of that blindness.
