Corey Dashaun

Shaped by his years teaching middle & high school in the South Bronx, Corey Dashaun's work explores coming-of-age teen experiences and their corresponding adventures, tribulations, and triumphs. In addition to being featured in Sundance's inaugural Pitch Parlor, Corey has been awarded Fellowships from Starz, Film Independent Project Involve, Black Magic Breakthrough Initiative, and Village Roadshow. Corey is the winner of the 2021 Seriesfest Storytellers Initiative, which garnered him a development deal with Propagate Content. He recently wrapped on Peacock's ONE OF US IS LYING and is currently story editor on a new young adult series for Amazon. Raised in Rochester and now based in Los Angeles.
