Chiquita Paschal

CC Paschal is an award-winning audio journalist who has spent the past decade honing her skills in narrative podcasting, audience development, and leadership training. She was a producer on Gimlet Media's Peabody Award-winning series UNCIVIL, and helped lead the editorial development of Malcolm Gladwell’s BROKEN RECORD podcast, before becoming an editor of NPR’s critically acclaimed series LOUDER THAN A RIOT, and the award-winning independent radio show THE HEART. As an Executive Fellow at the Corporation for Public Broadcasting in 2013, Paschal worked to develop strategies to reach younger, more diverse audiences, focusing on podcasts in particular. She discovered her passion for teaching narrative in 2016, as she created the inaugural curriculum for PRX’s Podcast Garage program.
