Caitlin McCarthy’s notable projects include the upcoming feature film Little Audrey, directed/produced by Michael Mailer and starring Aidan Quinn, Emily VanCamp, Jennifer Esposito, and Josh Bowman. She is co-writing Wonder Drug with Lori Singer and writing/creating the TV series Gaels with Lynsey Murdoch (BBC Scottish Voices), with funding support from the Scottish Government and the National Lottery via Creative Scotland.
An inaugural Sundance Institute Cultural Impact Fellow, Caitlin has earned recognition as a Top 10 Female Writer in the Academy Nicholl Fellowship, a “Featured Script” on The Black List, and a Mass Cultural Council Dramatic Writing Fellowship. She earned an MFA in Creative Writing from Emerson College. As an American citizen and proud member of the Métis Nation of Canada and the Métis Federation of Canada, Caitlin honors her heritage through storytelling that bridges cultures and generations.
