Brayden Roberge

I'm a huge fan of surrealism as a means of playing with emotional and philosophical issues, especially mental health issues. I read "The Myth of Sisyphus" by Albert Camus, of which this film is based on, at a time when I was grappling with a diagnosis of bipolar depression. The darkly comic philosophical musings about existential dread and suicide changed my thought processes towards it, and helped me find a semblance meaning when I desperately needed it. I took this concept, and merged it with my background in weird, cult comedies to create a project that I feel represents me.
