Life is Beautiful in Red and Blue

Creator: Aryan BHANDARI
Innocent and simple life of Blue that he shares with and under the protective bliss of his brother comes under major threat, his façade of a normal life crumbles during a night of terror as he struggles to make sense of this new dystopian reality. Will Red and Blue's love and brotherhood succeed, or at least last through that one night? A poignant tale of exploration of love, loss, mental health and the fragile resilience of two souls bound by the deepest shade of crimson.

The film follows multiple generation of women from Musahar community in Nepal who reflect on their lives they have lived and are to live or want to live. The film with ethnographic characteristics is a visual diary of the cyclical nature of the web that surround the women and children of this village.
