Amen Igbinosun

Amen Igbinosun was born in Nigeria and immigrated to America as a child. He obtained a degree in producing from Fordham University where he acted, directed and produced plays. Upon graduating Amen was cast in a number of national tours performing across the country. He was later accepted to Harvard University’s MFA Acting program where he studied abroad at the Moscow Art Theatre. Upon graduating, Amen moved to NYC where he continued to produced plays. He was later cast in TNT's TV show The Last Ship for four seasons, History Channel miniseries Texas Rising opposite Bill Paxton and Ray Liotta and Tina Fey's multicamera comedy pilot The Kicker. Amen has taught acting classes and workshops at Harvard University, The American Repertory Theatre, The Classical Theatre of Harlem, The Los Angeles Performing Arts Center and Rahway High School. He currently heads the Acting Emphasis at Columbia College Hollywood.
