Attila Tayefeh is a director and editor from Tehran/Iran, and an AFI Alumni, known for his focus on intuitive filmmaking approach. With experience across more than 50 projects, he has worked in various departments on features, shorts, and music videos spanning fiction, experimental, and documentary genres. His work, that often carries a subtle expermintal quality, has been featured in festivals like Karlovy Vary and ShortShorts, as well as institutions such as the Hammer Museum and the ICA. Prior to pursuing film, Attila studied Electrical Engineering, a background that continues to influence his methodical, detail-driven approach to directing.
